Delivery dates

1. Preparing orders :
   • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.
2. Shipping time :
   • Shipping within Cairo: 2-4 business days.
   • Shipping to other governorates: 3-7 working days.

     Shipping areas

     • We ship all over Egypt.

       Return and Exchange Policy

       Return

       1. Return Terms :

          • Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
          • Products must be unused and in their original condition with all accessories and invoices.

       2. Return procedures :

          • Contact customer service to arrange a return.
          • A return number will be provided and must be included with the returned product.

       3. Return cost :

          • The customer bears the return shipping cost unless there is an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong or defective product).

       4. Refund :

          • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
          • The refund will be made to the same original payment method within 5-7 business days.

       1. Replacement terms :

          • Products can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
          • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and include all accessories and invoices.

       2. Replacement procedures :

          • Contact customer service to arrange an exchange.
          • The customer bears the replacement shipping cost unless there is an error on our part.
